[Outline of Project]
The VOR/DME at Obihiro and Hachijo Airport was determined to be replaced with new equipment due to their lifespan. In order to maintain the continuity of VOR/DME services at those airports, the temporal new sites were required. Site survey for the temporal new sites was conducted at near-by sites considering the geographic condition, radio propagation simulation and power and communications lines for detail design.
