[Outline of Project]
The Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) requested a financial and technical support to Japanese Government on Improvement of Aeronautical Safety Facilities at 8 major Airports including Tribhuvan International Airport which are to be completed in 2022 as ODA project. ASCO has worked as a technical consultant for CAAN, conducted detail design, assisted bidding process, and managed the actual construction. The project has contributed to the improvement of the safety of approaching and landing aircrafts to Nepal airports resulting in balanced infrastructure development and sustainable economic growth.
