The Grant Agreement for “Project for Improvement of National Road No.9 as East-West Economic Corridor in Laos” was conducted by JICA from August 2011 to March 2015. The Grant Agreement for “Mini-Hydropower Development Project in Laos” was also conducted by JICA from March 2013 to February 2015. Ex-Post Evaluation for both projects was conducted to assess the performance of these projects until August 2018.
